30-Day Testing / Warranty
Refurbify provides a 30-day testing/warranty period for eligible product issues.
Every product carries a 30-day testing warranty covering functional failures not caused by physical or liquid damage. Selected products carry extended seller warranty as mentioned on the product page.
When do the 30 days begin?
The 30-day testing period begins on the day your order is delivered, as shown on your order page.
How do buyers report a problem?
Raise a claim on the Claim Warranty page using your order number, or contact support on call, WhatsApp or email. We respond within 24 hours.
How do refund requests work?
For an eligible issue, the item is picked up and returned to our facility. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after the item reaches us and passes inspection.
How do replacement requests work?
Where a replacement unit of the same product is available, an eligible claim can be resolved by replacement instead of a refund.
What information or evidence may be required?
Your order number, the product name, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video showing the issue where relevant.
How are disputes handled?
The returned unit is inspected at our facility. The inspection result determines whether the issue is covered, and our support team communicates the outcome and next step to you directly.
What is not covered?
Physical damage, liquid damage and tampering are not covered and void refund eligibility.
