Seller Policy

Refurbify is an online marketplace for buying and selling used/refurbished iPhones and computer parts, and acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

Sellers must describe the condition of an item honestly. Every item is inspected and tested at our facility before it is listed for sale.

Seller payment is released through the Refurbify order process after the buyer's confirmation stage, subject to the applicable terms and policies.

Items that fail inspection, or that do not match the description provided by the seller, may be returned to the seller or re-quoted.
