How Refurbify Works
Refurbify is an online marketplace for buying and selling used/refurbished iPhones and computer parts.
Refurbify acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Buyers pay Refurbify, sellers are notified after payment confirmation, products are delivered to buyers for inspection and testing, and seller payment is released through the Refurbify order process after buyer confirmation, subject to the applicable terms. Refurbify also provides a 30-day testing/warranty policy for eligible issues, including applicable refund or replacement support.
For buyers
Refurbify's transaction process is designed to provide buyers with a structured payment and product-confirmation process before seller funds are released.

Buyer pays Refurbify
Payment for the order is made to Refurbify through the checkout flow (UPI to the Refurbify-listed payment account, with UTR and payment proof submitted in the order).

Refurbify confirms payment
The Refurbify team verifies the submitted UTR and payment proof against the order before the order moves forward.

Seller ships the product
Once payment is confirmed, the order is marked confirmed and the product is dispatched to the buyer's delivery address with tracking.

Buyer receives the product
Delivery status is visible on the order page, and the order is marked delivered once the buyer receives the item.

Buyer tests the product
The buyer inspects and tests the hardware after delivery, within the 30-day testing period.

Buyer confirms satisfaction
If the product matches its description and works as described, the buyer confirms the order. If it does not, the buyer raises a claim instead.

Refurbify releases payment to the seller
Seller payment is released through the Refurbify order process after buyer confirmation, subject to the applicable terms and policies.
For sellers
- Submit your device or part on the Sell Used PC Parts page, or estimate first with the Value Calculator.
- Our team reviews the listing and confirms an offer.
- The item is picked up and inspected and tested at our facility.
- Once the item is sold and the buyer has confirmed the order, seller payment is released through the Refurbify order process, subject to the applicable terms.
